Alex Lowes says he is keen to see the progress made by himself and the Crescent Suzuki team over the winter as he prepares for his second season in the World Superbike Championship.

The former British Superbike Champion made a bold impression by topping pre-season testing at his first attempt twelve months ago, though his Phillip Island adventure would end with him picking up injuries in a race day accident.

Nonetheless, Lowes has shown positive pace during testing so far and given the Suzuki's strong record at Phillip Island - particularly after Eugene Laverty's win there last season - he is excited about the potential for the week ahead, starting with the two day test.
