Nico Terol says he is pleased with the Althea Racing Ducati Panigale R as he finishes preparations for his debut season in the World Superbike Championship.

The 26-year-old Spaniard ended the final day of testing at Phillip Island eighth, clocking a hot lap of 1m 31.593s, and feels he can move further up the timesheets once a couple of smaller technical issues are sorted out.

"I'm pleased with how these two days of tests at Phillip Island have gone," Terol said. "We've done a good job, our pace is good, having recorded lap times that were more or less in line with my expectations."
