Leon Haslam is confident the Laguna Seca circuit will act as an advantage to his Aprilia Racing Team - Red Devils squad and says he's got eyes on race victories in the US.

The British rider feels the Californian track's characteristics and hot conditions should suit the RSV4 RF machine and give him an edge over his rivals and Haslam sees no reason why he can't target his first victory since the 2015 season-opener at Phillip Island.

"I'm confident both because of the characteristics of the track and the high temperatures that we'll find at Laguna Seca [will suit Aprilia]," Haslam said.
