Max Biaggi has announced he will wildcard for Aprilia at the World Superbike season finale at Losail.

The six-time world champion has already made two wildcard appearances for the Aprilia Racing Team this season at Misano and Sepang and proved he'd lost none of his speed by claiming a rostrum finish in race one in Malaysia.

The 44-year-old confirmed the wildcard Qatar entry via his personal Twitter account, which was later backed up by the Italian manufacturer.
