I agree with that last comment, but it just goes to show Spies' true talent. If you look back at all the races and Superpoles, he has only legitametly been beaten by Haga once. Haga is great and I would never argue that, but in my mind Spies is no doubht the best rider in WSBK. He's one every Superpole along with every race except for Valencia when he crashed out the first race and coming home in 2nd was much more important than trying to push too hard and crash out in race two. There's not one other race or Superpole where the results actually matter where he has not won or had some sort of problem and yes you need to have the points to win championships but HE IS THE REAL DEAL.
