@ Johnny His debut season was astonishing at a level comparable only to Hamilton's first F1 season Not really Spies Won the Wc in his rookie Hamilton did not, AND Doug polen is THE most succesfull rookie in Sbk's with 10 poles and 17 (yes 17) wins in his rookie season and WC (again in 92) also a texan. The Yam IS a great bike Sykes was just poor (and unlucky) in comparison, the R1 has 3 WC this year as a New bike with a 1,2 in BSB so i think the Yam was most definately a WC winning Bike. Fair play to Ben though well deserved and feel sorry for Haga abit unlucky and the pressure got to him in race 1 would have loved to see him WC. What great season we had, heres to a better 10!! :D
