They needed to do something about tyre allocation across the 3 superpole sessions to address those that use their qualifiers in the first 2 sessions, guaranteeing themselves a second row start, then ambling around in superpole 3 with no intention of trying for pole and getting in the way of those that are more serious.......Fonzi Nieto was a prime example at Portimao, just ar*ing about for the whole of the last session.
Also don't like the superstock 600 being relegated to Saturday.....often the most exciting race of the day and a shop window for young talent..won't do their sponsorship prospects any good either if there's less exposure...why have they done it?
