@Jim Scott You do realize that these bikes have had tons of horsepower since the turn of the century and would be unrideable without the electronic aids don't you. Most guys would take it as the rider is just on it giving it throttle and the bike rides itself, or thinking that removing electronics will restore riders like Rossi to the throne.Neither are true. even your car has electronics and so does your road going bike if you have one. In my opinion the main problem for bmw is they do their electronics in house as opposed to the other teams using the Magnetti Marelli systems that have been around longer. Electronics don't make a bike uncrashable, and tires have a lot more to do with that than you know. I seriously doubt he was engine breaking around the final corner at PI.
