The Suzukis look like hell to ride. Back wheel chatter under braking and wheelspin all over the place. If you look at the sector times Brookes was 8th fastest in sector 2 (squiggly bits) and near the bottom in the other sectors. He was losing half a second down the straight compared to the Ducatis. The Suzukis in the Aussie Superbikes looked far more stable. Impressive riding by some of the newer Ducati jockeys. Looks like the Honda is a better package this year in both WSBK and Aussie Superbike specs. Good crowd for a Friday and quite a few British fans around the circuit. Should be a good fun at the pub.I hope they show McWilliams on the 1981 Katana for you British fans. He is racing it in the historic race on Sunday and if it is like the historic races a few weeks ago he will be climbing all over the thing to get it turning. Fast though!
