Whilst all the analysis being made here is why we're here, and different people have preferred riders and manufacturers, we shouldn't lose sight of the fact that we have a great series in process here.
We've got rider and bike combinations that might be stronger than others one weekend but not the next, and with Kawasaki and BMW stepping up this year, it's very tough to call the podium.
It's a field diversity that MotoGP can't even dream of and it makes for a compelling championship.
