always going to be a hard one to rule, but a couple of points, i think when aprilia use 24 engines in a season ,thats silly and gets too expensive,and too specialist,and other teams cant compete with that.and all the fancy electronic gizmos. secondly,m laverty(to make a point)at assen on his bsb bike(stock ecu,tuning etc)was faster than his brother eugene on the super trick aprilia?(whats that all about)so one would imagine if wsbk reduced the spend on hi technology it would not make a difference to the spectacle of wsbk,might make it even closer,and cheaper for smaller teams to compete,or be more competitive.
