I agree that WSBK should move closer to STK rules.
A STK bike is maybe 30,000 GBP, a WSBK is more like 120,000GBP- but the speed difference is negligible.
200BHP is plenty for a production bike if it's only running a standard ECU and basic TC package.
Retain stock frame & swing arm, allow lightweight wheels, uprated suspension and brakes.
No carbon bodywork, minor engine work only- polishing, porting, raised compression. Standard cams, rods, pistons.
Much cheaper, not much slower and a privateer would have almost the same as the factory.
