Good move - so many races have been hampered by wet weather this year, they needed to do something.
This levels the playing field a bit and brings a bit more tactic into the racing, rather than the current stop-start format where you can tinker with the bike in the break.
We've seen in Superpole that they can change tyres fairly quickly, so it shouldn't be a problem.
Having said that, I hope the time lost in the pit-lane won't prompt some to take unnecessary risks by carrying on in changing conditions on the wrong tyres.
