Can't see how it will improve the racing. All it will mean is that races will be won by pit crews, as with F1 when the best pit changeover/strategy can often decide a race. You're actually going to get a closer race by stopping the thing and starting everyone from scratch. The only thing it might do is throw up some unexpected results due to superior race management by a less competitive team. But generally, anything that brings WSBK closer to F1 is a bad move in my book.
