I read it as Crescent had an agreement that they could have pursued, but chose not to if they were't going to get full commitment from Guintoli. One the one hand, I can see Guintoli's reasons for stalling if another offer has been made, but I can see Crescent's frustration as his indecision prevents them from making alternative plans. It's a shame as I really like Guintoli, so I hope this other 'deal' comes off because he could end up looking a bit silly. Tommy Hill/Alex Lowes/Sam Lowes on the FIXI bike for 2013?
