There is every possibility that next year in WSB the Panigale could be competative from the word go. Think about it for a minute! This year privateer national superbike & superstock teams from several countries have run the Panigale, Do you really think that Ducati has just sold the bikes and had no feedback? More likely they have looked at this years racing with the Panigale as one long test session gaining mountains of feedback & data to allow the official factory bike to come out of the box almost fully ready to go, Something that is supported by the fact that Checa was almost on the pace in the close of season test despite using only race tyres and "development electronic mapping" Lets wait to see what happens but it should be interesting.
