Of course it is, that is what it costs for a GP bike and is clear that if Biaggis costs the same or as appears more then it isn't a production bike is it? We don't know how many engines were used in the other bikes, just that Ten Kate used quite e few, sorry refreshed quite a few. As I said if you introduce a limitation rule for the other production bike races in the series why not WSB. Simple lap times would increase by a huge margin.
