I'm pleased for Chas. While so many riders have had a relatively easy run to truly competitive, well-funded teams, Chas Davies has had to work his backside off and prove his ability over and over again to get this chance.
Chas has got the best out of every ride he's had, but his efforts have never got him the breaks he's deserved. It's only recently with the Supersport Yamaha's and the Pata Aprilia ride that (finally) people have sat up and taken notice of just how good he is.
I wish Chas luck at BMW and hope that he is able once again to gel with yet another bike successfully and mix it up front in 2013.
