@ spiritinthesky The two facts you seem to constantly push aside and are very relevant is that the Kawasaki is BY FAR the youngest bike on the grid. And say what you like, that makes a MASSIVE difference. Other teams (BMW, Ducati, Aprilia, Honda and Suzuki) have had their current model of bike from 2008 / 2009. That is two extra years to work on tyre wear. The second fact is that Sykes was fast in both wet and dry. At Brno he had the most epic battle of the year (Between himself nd Marco in race 2) where he pushed a MotoGP race winner on a much more developed bike to the limit right to the end.
