TalentFan, some of his points are fair but comparing 2m against a bike and 18m a car is simalr to football and bike . As you say nearly everyone drives cars, the image of car drivers are totally different, a car probably has 800% more advertising space on it for a start. Its the image that people have that GP is doomed and WSB isn't purely because the is better bemuses me. The racing IS better only than motogp but it has less participants, almost no major sponsors and abismal tv coverage. Bridgepoint must have seen this and along with a couple of misdemeaners, removed Flamini from control by ISM buying the ony 7% of IMS it wasn't given. IF WSB/Flamini was a better financial role model than Dorna, does anybody really believe that with Bridgepoints portfolio, they would not have put Flamini in charge of Motogp and WSB? How many people could acutally list more than a couple of riders or teams without looking in SStock and stock 600?
