Well I think Motegi would be a good idea as Japan is a key part of motorcycling heritage and doesn't deserve not to have had a round for as long as it has.
Or if not Sepang. It is starting to consistently achieve the biggest MotoGP crowds every year so why not bring SBK here?
If it has to be in Europe I would say Vallelunga. In Italy and with lots of Italian riders there are bound to be bumper crowds at every Italian race they can get.
