As a Sydneysider I congratulate Phillip Island, must be one of the worlds best locations, however the way that Dorna is heading I doubt if there will be a WSBK in 2017. I beleive that the intent will be to degrade SBK whilst trying to push Moto GP. It's time the old guys like Carmello made way for a new leadership that is in touch with what the fans want also. After all if they change SBK too much we just won't attend. Time for the promoters and teams to have a think tank on the future plans of Dorna. I for one would certainly support a breakaway series if it meant better events.
