Where are the results to back up these claims on here about Rea's "obvious" talent? He is employed by Honda, who SO believed in the talent of a teenager, that they got the rookie rule in MotoGP changed. His own employers don't see this phantom talent, none of the other managers or factories are bashing down his door for his services, & quite frankly he has never won anything of substance ... even coming up through the ranks. He may not have the best equipment now, but there are been times in his past he did & still failed to achieve. What he's riding now is still very competitive ... those other factory riders he was competing with must longingly wish for a bike that handles as well as Rea's CBR. He's a rider that's fast on his day. No more than that.
