A lot of people gettig their panties in a right tangle over this......suddenly Tom goes from hero to viliian? How fickle Percy Punter is...... The one's in need of vilification here are the officials not the riders, its up to them to correctly interpret the rules and apply them correctly. It would appear that their initial mistake was to only listen to Aprilia's side of the story and act on that without also consulting Kawasaki as they should have done. I can only assume that as a result of finalizing conversations with both parties they have now reached a conclusion in compliance with the rules. That's it, move on kiddies!
