Perhaps you didn't write exactly what you mean but David does beat Goliath on race tracks quite often given their underdog status-
especially Cresent Suzuki historically (see BSB 2000-2005: full manufacturer superbikes including HRC vs tiny dealer backed Suzuki squad on a tenth of the budget yet won equal titles. It got Cresent the job of running Suzuki's MotoGP effort in the following years)
Also WSB= Alstare Suzuki in 2010 and James Toseland 2007, MotoGP= Toni Elias in 2006, Casey Stoner 2006-10.
It cannot be all the time due to the very nature of the inequities but to claim it never happens displays your lack of understanding or historical context.
