The one bike rule makes about as much sense as the CRT rule which has recently been pulled for 2014. Its only there to try and attract *new teams/new sponsors to put bikes on the grid, its complete nonsese. If people really wanted to save money they would get rid of traction control and the 'fancy' electronics. Its that simple, not like the politics nobody talks about which have a greater determination on the finishing orders/grid positions.
btw, almost any bike can chance a win in the wet, getting the performancce in the dry is about the performance of the tires and the bike.
