Do you guys realise sykes injured his ankle in the orginal fp1 this morning? impressive from simoncelli but theyr all 3 seconds off the test pace from July!!

Surprised at the lack of response the Byrne fans on here. He led the first half of the session. After that Spies dropped into the 1:50's. Fabs and Checa both threw in flyers towards the end. Checa seemed to be the only other one cranking out 1:50's. Much slower than they went at the test but everyone is on the same page. I would imagine the lack of grip is really screwing with the settings they got from the test.
