Hopkins' time is still sitting pretty. ... and what is that Cal's time (race pace lap) on an R1 is faster than Sykes? But I thought the R1 was too old to be competitive.

Why are the Ducati's so bad when they started the season with some promise? It can't be the engine as is was redesigned to get more upper rev power to compete against the 4's. Did they remove the weight restriction? I guess that leaves the new monocoque chassis as a problem.
