OMG, the moaner of WSS, O lost all respect to him in 2009 when he cried like a little girl and couldn't accept that Cal was better than him.

He doesn't deserve a Ten Kate seat. As Green Monster has said, it would be better to give the seat to Gino.

Totally agree with the first comment. Ten Kate said they couldn't run 2 Brits in a team with Rea and Toseland, but they choose to run 2 Frenchmen?????? One who is learning his trade, and another who has past his Best Before date. Perhaps the Triumphs will be the ones to beat this year.

They said they wanted an experienced rider. So not Gino Rea, I don't see why you would be surprised at him not getting the seat.

Besides that, I think Rea isn't as good as is being claimed on this site.

@ Green Monster: Gino Rea signed weeks ago for the Intermoto Czech team again.

It is now already sure Ten Kate won't win the WSS title this year. It is possible that Foret will disappear after some races or at the end of the season, as his results will be disappoint in such a good team.

Lol @ all the british moaners.

@rc212v Maybe you also remember the near fatal crash he had the year before that which left him not fully fit even in 2009.

Great to see him back on a good bike again. He showed he still had it last year on the privateer Kawa which broke down far too often.

well i guess this answers my question about who would be the young kids team mate. i don't really have much against this guy, but come on, some one said Ten Kate wanted someone with experience to lead the team another that Gino REA is not as good as is being made out, that's why he did not get the ride, are you both nuts, Gino was kicking the ass of some serious WSS contenders last year, pretty confident that is he was on the Ten Kate bike he would have won a few as he came pretty close and his rate of improvement was incredible. as for experience i can't see Foret helping his team mate much especially if he beats him, he has definately landed on his feet here and as someone said earlier it must be to do with sponsorship. Can't help thinking that if they had offered the ride to Chaz before he signed with Triumph he would have taken it and done good things.

farley - Ten Kate didn't have confirmed sponsorship until very recently - in fact they stated that their priority was Superbikes and they might only run one rider - so for any rider to hang on for TK to secure sponsorship for WSS was a very risky option. Foret was available and as an ex champ is attractive to sponsors. Personally I would have gone with Andrew Pitt, but maybe he wanted too much money?
