The only world classes STK 1000 & 600 that have anything to do with what the factories sell at all.And the competition is close with different makes winning.More interesting to me than the big show by about a mile,and it is relative to what we can all purchase.

I totally agree. It's also a hell of a lot cheaper, and it would make a lot more sense to run STK regulations than the stupid 'cost saving' measures they've introduced into WSBK, such as having only one bike per rider. It doesn't actually save any money but can ruin the second race if a rider crashes heavily in the first. Also, when mechanics have to rush to assemble a spare bike from parts instead of having a complete machine ready to go, it increases the chance of a mistake which could result in a breakdown or even endanger life.
