Brilliant win by Sam. Totally blew away Sofuoglu who blamed other riders for his defeat despite being nearly 1 second a lap slower than Sam Lowes when in clear space.

Great ride by Lowes, however it wuld be rude not to commend Rolfo for his great ride on the MV. Also Sofuoglu rode sensibly to secure second rather than risk crashing - s he knows it's a long season.

I thought I was watching Moto2, getting tired of watching Kenan almost get taken out, looks like Lowes was sandbagging the whole race in Assen, both in Assen and Donnington the Kawasaki of Sykes and R6 of Lowes were unstoppable, wonder if they had the same tires for both occasions.

Looks like for Lowes to lose this season hes gonna have to be suckered in to pushing to hard, looks like his bike has about 1/2 second on the next guy though, Lowes wont even have to try to win this year, a real shame, but I guess thats how this year is gonna play out, unless Lowes has a bad setup, but considering Lowes doesnt even have to do laps to get a setup on his new bike, it's really not an issue unless YY decide they dont want to win for what ever reason.

Prof x are you talking about the same Sofuoglu who took out Simon, tried to thump Hayes (The American rider. Think that was his name) and headbutt Foret? The blokes a menace and has only proved effective on WSS and no other class of machinery. Note also that Lowes bike is Kilometres per hour slower than the Kawasakis on the straight. Lowes won by racecraft and fast riding. Period.

Lowes has been improving each year to the point where he is now very fast, but stays on the bike.

I expect Lowes will move up to WSB next season and Sofuoglu will go back to dominating the WSS class.

Prof X - you need to learn to appreciate a great rider when you see one. Sofuoglu and Lowes are both great riders.

Superb performance by Lowes - he really looks at one with that bike and it's nice to see Yakhnich enjoying success at this level.

Prof-X, you're coming across as a bit of a sore loser...

'getting tired of watching Kenan almost get taken out'

Like when he crashed by himself from the lead at Monza? Still plenty of season to go...
