dear rea
your first race for me actually made me your fan, how you lost positions from leading by going off track was like seeing a rookie's mistake, if i may speak, but the way you fought back was superb, it was a pleasure to see you give a fight, until the end when you low sided, made me remember a certain bloke curiously named Valentino rossi, in 2006 last race when he was fighting from bad track position and ultimately low sided when he was withing striking distance to the leaders..

great ride on an inferior machinery. high time Honda wakes up from it's slumbers, before the ninja cuts 'em in half...

With the new rules coming into WSBK I fear the machinery will become stunted and the already difficult transition to gp will become harder hopefully honda throw Johnny a bone and reward him for his brilliant riding and loyalty and get him on a satellite or production racer for next year.
Otherwise he may never make it to GP unfortunately.

@ V4 Poweeer. Honda (all factories) obsession with Electronics is a big part of JR's woes, and the rule changes are going to make this worse.

The big issue for ALL riders and Teams next year on will be how Dorna's rule changes affect things. Instead of doing sensible stuff, Dorna seem intent on the same stuff thats made a dogs dinner out of MotoGP - and its ALL to try and keep the Factory's happy.

Factory's want to play with electronics, and threaten to stalk off in a huff if they don't get their way. So Dorna cave-in and instead of stuff that would really cut costs & make closer, fairer RACING, we'll get limited engines and 'CRT' type tier 2 & all the other over-complicated & ineffective rubbish.

I'm not the only one who thinks this - see the live chat with Tony Carter & Stuart Higgs on British Eurosport? Good stuff, and about time it was said! More please, & Dorna take note before you bury WSBK pandering to the Factory's!
