Perfect fashion? yes. the perfect fashion to put teams, drivers and manufacturers off joining the championship. Can garuantee another perfect fashion at Puelba...

As John Cleland said - ban the diesels, people turn up for the excitement and the engine noises.

The wet race there had as much action as a dry race in the BTCC, bring on Brands.

I didn't bother watching. It was always going to be a TDi walkover, particularly once the diesels had the first FIVE slots on the grid, and Puebla will be another the same.

BMW reckon their TDi would be a second a lap faster than the Seat - pity therefore that for marketing reasons they stick with the petrol engine.

I've said for a couple of years the BTCC is a better organised and far more exciting championship. That is particularly so now the diesels have been withdrawn.

Gee it is funny reading all the complaining about SEAT winning again. I didn't see to many people complaining when BMW UK won three championships in a row. Why don't you just accept the SEAT are on top of their game.Like all success in Motorsport it wont last forever.

bjorn, well said. it didnt take the seat knockers long to vent their distaste! seat looked at the rules and found what they could run, so good for them. the tdi was expected to run well at high altitudes, but one cannot overlook the fact that a BMW was the fastest car there and was hauling in the seats towards the end. i am sure that one of the private bmw teams could run a diesel, but i do believe that when the cars get to lower altitudes, the bmws will excel and posters will ten be complaining about their RWD or something else. c'est la vie!

It's funn how ou folks defend SEAT

I only watched the highlights and even those very ******* boring.

I doubt I will watch any WTCC race this season. Thank God for the BTCC. The fact that SEAT left with their cheating Diesls is actually a good thing for the BTCC :)

No go on and enjoy the boring WTCC races. It's becoming as boring and sucky as F1 now
