The other teams didn't sulk off last year when the diesels plainly had an advantage.

Poor show from Seat as a company if they're going to spit the dummy at the first sign of things going the other way!

Maybe they should run the Petrol version instead of the transit van of a diesel!

A series with an equality formula for two such different types of engines doesn't work anyway.

Basically, the regulators (FIA) are going to decide who wins. Even if SEAT builds the worst car out there, they could go to the FIA and claim the others have an advantage and then what? Give them extra power because they build a bad car.

BMW won a couple of chamionships in a row (despite having a heavier car to compensate for the RWD) and last year the FIA decided it was SEAT's turn.

Now SEAT is too strong, so they limit SEAT. It's a mess, but SEAT can't complain too much because the FIA won't let them win...

BMW: The fastest car in Curitiba. SEAT TDi: The fastest car in Puebla. Chevy CRUZE: The fastest car in Marrakech. Why BMW claims against SEAT? BMW should work harder in the track, like SEAT has ever made, instead of working against their competitors.

I cant believe the outdated dinasaur coments above, I for one can only applaud Seat for their innovation and forward thinking let alone their technical ability brilliance in bringing a diesel onto the track and beating everyone. The Volkswagen group are showing others that there is a different way of doing things, Touareg - Dakar, Audi - Le Mans 24 hour and spin off endurance events.
If they leave the championship there wont be much left

It seems the FIA is working to it's own hidden agenda as always.

WTCC is not a serious championship.
There is no rules, it's just "carpet negotiation" between constructors and FIA.

A chamionship must rely on 1 technical regulation, not 1 per car !

JJ, yes exactly, it's a no win situation.

My comment was not as much anti-Seat as anti-diesel within the context of the championship.

But I still maintain that their attitude over todays events is a bit off!

Wow how utterly obvious is it that one single person has pressed the 'disagree thumbs down' icon again and again just to make sure the anti diesel comments were out numbered- how grown up...
