Hey Alec, 00s BTCC is pretty good too... less theatrical than WTCC anyway. This weekend races were good.

wow... makes you wonder who's actually in charge of enforcing the rules in WTCC. I wonder how many "illegal" cars are in 2008 WTCC. No wonder the seats are sweeping everything up till last week.

Only one chevy cruze failed the check, it shows that they are the only ones playing by the rules and have a really good car. If i was RML, i'll be pushing for stricter rules enforcement.

While I agree that for me, V8SC is the flagship of touring cars (complete with an utterly dominant team)

They have revised the rule book this year - no more round wins, 50ltr minimum refuel in sprint rounds, a sprint tyre, sat/sun quali etc...

It's still the best series I've watched, since the bulk of manufacturers pulled out of BTCC.

I think WTCC is a total joke. BTCC is a lot better. Prehaps more manufacturers need to join this series, and give WTCC a miss.

This series is getting a bit out of hand! What's wrong with writing a set of technical regulations from the start that work? And don't need so much fiddling to make it work!

V8 Supercars anyone!!

it is great to see that the top couple of cars were legal.BUT, seat claimed that their lack of performance was due to them having to turn down boost before the race, YET they all managed to still exceed the limit. remember the toyota trichk turbo in rallying?? maybe the turbos on the seats need to be more closely inspected.
