The FIA International Court of Appeal is to meet this week to discuss the appeal lodged by SEAT Sport into the results of the second World Touring Car Championship race at Puebla.

That race saw Gabriele Tarquini hit with a 30 second penalty for an incident involving the BMW of Jorg Muller while the pair were fighting for position.

It resulted in Muller finishing down in 13th place while Tarquini was classified in eighth place.

As well as the time penalty, Tarquini was also given a ten place grid penalty, which will remain suspended for the next three races.

The result of the Court of Appeal hearing is expected on Wednesday afternoon.
