Proteam runs one at Pau

Proteam Motorsport has revealed that it will be down to one car for this weekend's World Touring Car Championship race weekend at Pau.

The team had been due to run three BMW 320sis in the French event, but both George Tanev and Vito Postiglione will be forced to miss out due to damage sustained during the Marrackech.

Both drivers were involved in accidents in the second race in Morocco and with only limited time to carry about repairs before the team headed for Pau, the pair will sit out the weekend before returning at Valencia.

It means Felix Porteiro will run alone for the weekend as he seeks to retain his Independents' Trophy lead.
