After the challenge of his A1GP debut at Zandvoort last weekend, Nur Ali will hope to fly the flag for Team Pakiston at Brno as the series heads to the Czech Republic for the second meeting of the season.

Ali claimed a 20th place finish in the sprint race in Holland before retiring from the feature race on his first weekend at the wheel of the Pakistani entry and - while he hasn't visited Brno in the past - he said he was looking forward to the challenge of his second A1GP meeting.

"I didn't have much time before the first race, so I think we achieved our goal of settling in to the series," he said. "Now I have more time to be ready for the next race, so we can have a planned programme of preparation for each session and work closely with the crew and engineers to develop the car and its set up for Brno.

"I'm looking forward to this new challenge, although I know it is another technically demanding circuit. My aim, as always, will be to represent Pakistan on this motorsport stage and fly the flag for my home nation."
