Cal Crutchlow put his Northpoint Ekerold Honda on pole at Cadwell Park for round ten of the Bennetts British Supersport Championship. His fast lap was 1min 30.334secs, which was 0.273secs ahead of his nearest rival, Stuart Easton on the JHP Racing Ducati.

Crutchlow's team-mate, Craig Jones was third home and current championship leader, Leon Camier filled the front row of the grid with his Padgetts Honda.

Pere Riba who won last time out at Silverstone qualified in seventh on the MSS Discovery Kawasaki, behind Jamie Robinson, who is still looking for his first podium this season.
