Jamie Green has won his second DTM race of the season at the Lausitzring ahead of fellow Audi team mate Mattias Ekstrom.

The Team Rosberg driver, who started race two from third, now moves to within 16-points of championship leader Lucas Auer as virtue of his 15th win in the series.

Auer faced the prospect of emerging from the second race without scoring any points after qualifying in 15th. However, the Austrian managed to salvage a solitary point in tenth - albeit +26s off the race win.

With five RS 5s scoring points, Audi engulfed the top-ten order. Team Abt's Ekstrom made good use of a clever pit strategy to finish second behind Green after pitting at the end of the opening lap.

Pole-sitter Robert Wickens completed the podium order ahead of his Mercedes team mate Gary Paffett while Mike Rockenfeller, Nico Muller and Rene Rast were fifth, sixth and seventh for Audi.

Despite showing promise in the earlier qualifying session, BMW capped off a trying weekend with Maxime Martin and Marco Wittmann scoring points in eighth and ninth ahead of tenth placed Auer.
