News is expected this week to officially confirm that a management buy-out has saved the Honda Racing F1 team.

Sources revealed to last week that a buy-out led by Ross Brawn and Nick Fry had emerged as the chosen option of Honda management in Japan, despite reports of interest from other parties; including the Richard Branson-led Virgin Group (more information HERE).

It is now expected that official news of the deal will come later this week before the team's new car completes its first run at Silverstone before heading to Spain for further testing ahead of the season-opening Australian Grand Prix.
