Adrian Sutil is set to stay with Force India for the 2011 F1 season although a deal for the German to remain with the team has yet to be signed.
Sutil has been linked with a move elsewhere, most notably Renault, but with Vitaly Petrov set to extend his deal [See separate story HERE], remaining with Force India appears to be the best option for the 2011 campaign.
Speaking to the Auto Motor und Sport 'paper, Sutil's manager Manfred Zimmerman revealed that a 'fundemental agreement' is in place for the new season with the deal expected to be formally signed in the coming weeks.
"Once a contract is signed, we will announce it," he said. "This should happen within the next two to three weeks."
Sutil's team-mate Tonio Liuzzi has a deal in place for 2011 although rumours continue to circulate that test driver Paul di Resta is chasing a race seat.
