Motorsport's governing body, the FIA, is to take a close look at the use of
"team orders", following the recent Australian GP.

The outcry following Mika Hakkinen's gifted win in Melbourne has prompted
the FIA to decide whether the fixing of results is ethical. The governing
body is particularly worried about the effect teams orders have on the
betting industry, despite the companies themselves not appearing overly
concerned. However, as a result of the complaints received from punters in
the wake of Sunday's race, many bookmakers will now offer odds on teams as
well as drivers.

The FIA added, however, that no sanction would be imposed on the
McLaren-Mercedes team for its actions in Australia.
