Jordan Grand Prix is delighted to confirm Bridgestone's continued involvement for a fifth consecutive year with the Silverstone based team.

Bridgestone has supplied Jordan since 1999, and Jordan has achieved two race victories and six additional podium positions during its partnership with the Japanese tyre company.

Eddie Jordan, Chief Executive of Jordan Grand Prix, said: "Bridgestone have been a crucial partner to Jordan over the last four years and I am very pleased that we have extended our relationship.

"The Jordan Ford EJ13 package, with the chassis from Henri Durand and Gary Anderson, combined with Ford Cosworth RS power and Bridgestone tyres, is going to be a strong contender and we're looking forward to a season of good racing."

Hiroshi Yasukawa, Director of Bridgestone Motorsport, added: "This is excellent news for Bridgestone as we consider Jordan to be an important asset to us. Over the past four years we have developed a very close working relationship with our friends at Jordan and we look forward to a productive year with them.

"2003 has the potential of being a ground-breaking year for Jordan and, as always, we intend to give them our support and cooperation regarding their tyre requirements."
