The 2007 Motor Sport Business Forum will welcome no fewer that nine Formula One team bosses on its conference schedule, alongside top executives from some of the biggest sponsors in the sport.

BMW Motorsport director Mario Theissen will open the conference programme by talking about 'The Business of a Manufacturer F1 Team', and will be followed onto the dais by Renault F1 team president Alain Dassas, who will speak about the brand benefits for a manufacturer involved in the top flight. The session will close with a presentation from Prodrive CEO David Richards, who will reveal all about F1's newest team.

Other confirmed speakers on the first day of the two-day conference include WilliamsF1's head of marketing Scott Garrett, ING F1 programme director Isabelle Conner and Lawrence Aldridge, Disney's senior vice-president of corporate alliances, who will offer an alternative viewpoint about global marketing from one of the biggest brands in the world. He will be joined by speakers from other major global sports properties and sponsors in what will be a must-attend session for anyone with an interest in brand marketing.

Day two will open with one of the most high-profile conference sessions yet seen in motorsport as no fewer than seven Formula One bosses take the stage to discuss the business of their sport.

The Forum also welcomes Mokhzani Mahathir, son of former Malaysia prime minister Mahathir Mohamad and chairman of Sepang International Circuit, who will talk about the continued rise of motor sport in Asia, which now boasts four F1 grands prix.

FIA president Max Mosley, Toyota Motorsport president John Howett, Honda Racing F1 CEO Nick Fry and Richards all spoke at the 2006 Forum but, as well as attempting to build an even more impressive roster for 2007, organisers have listened to feedback and created more time for delegates to visit the accompanying exhibition and networking areas, both of which are bigger than last year, and feature displays and stands from the biggest companies in the sector.

The event takes place over 5-6 December at the Grimaldi Conference and Exhibition Centre in Monaco.
