Lister Racing's appeal against its exclusion from first place at Oschersleben will not be resolved until after this weekend's final FIA GT Championship round at Monza has been completed.

With the last race and championship honours not being affected by the outcome of the hearing, the World Motor Sport Council has opted to reconvene at FIA headquarters in Paris on Tuesday 21 October to hear Jamie Campbell-Walter and Lister's defence for the incident with Phillipe Alliot that saw the winning car excluded from the results.

JC-W was punished for what the race stewards in Germany saw as causing an avoidable accident while lapping Alliot's Force One Viper, forcing the French veteran into the pit-wall and out of the final two rounds of the season at Estoril and Monza.

The outcome of the appeal will be announced the day after the hearing [Wednesday 22 October].
