The FIA GT Championship will be contested over eleven rounds next season, the United Arab Emirates and China the two most significant additions to the schedule.

The World Motor Sport Council revealed the new look calendar today, firming up all three vacant spots and adding a new date in December, for Zhuhai.

The other two spots went to Valenica and Hockenheim, meaning Germany will now hold two rounds next season.

Old favourites Magny-Cours, Brno, Donington and Oschersleben all remain fixtures, as does Spa-Francorchamps, which is expected to again stage its annual 24 Hours race for the tin-top sportscars.

The axed rounds, as compared to this year calendar, are Barcelona, Estoril, Enna and Anderstorp.

Valencia, Dubai and Zhuhai however remain provisional, subject to ASN confirmation.
