This is Valentino Rossi's latest one-off helmet design (pics above and below), which he will use for the remainder of his local MotoGP round at Misano this weekend.

According to AGV, the design combines local cuisine with 'two symbols that have always made an appearance on The Doctor’s gear: the sun in the form of the local piadina flatbread and the moon in the guise of a white, red and green slice of watermelon.'

Rossi took the helmet to seventh place in Saturday morning's FP3, putting him directly through to this afternoon's Qualifying 2 session.
