He is nothing if not unpredictable, Kimi Raikkonen. Having tired of F1, the Finn turned his hand to rallying and is currently campaigning his ICE 1 Racing Team Citro?n DS3 WRC on selected events in the World Rally Championship - and now he is to cross the Pond and give NASCAR a go, too, by signing up to compete in 'between three-to-five' Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) races with Kyle Busch Motorsports.

Former rival Nelsinho Piquet quipped earlier this week that Raikkonen 'changes his mind like he changes his underwear' [see separate story - click here], reasoning that the 18-time grand prix-winner's motivation is sometimes difficult to fathom indeed, but what do you make of this latest tangent in his increasingly versatile - or some might say haphazard - career?

Can Kimi make a success out of stock car racing and follow in the wheel tracks of ex-F1 team-mate Juan-Pablo Montoya by establishing himself amongst the Good Ol' Boys? Does he have the commitment and dedication to stick it out in the long-term, as stateside glory will surely not be the work of a moment..?

Or is this just another whim in the ever-random and inscrutable career of the 'Ice Man'? Will he find the going tougher than he expected, prove unable to roll with the punches and throw his toys out of the pram and walk away following several brushes with the unforgiving concrete walls?

At this stage, it is impossible, frankly, to tell, but just for a bit of fun ahead of his debut in the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway next month, we want to know your thoughts.
