The Oxford Silver Machine Academy face the cream of the Conference League when the Rye House Raiders visit Sandy lane this Friday, September 26th, 2003. The action gets underway at 7.45pm.

The Raiders currently sit second in the table, but as they are just one point behind leaders Mildenhall with two matches in hand, Friday is a vital fixture for the Hertfordshire outfit. They will be slightly weakened as Edward Kennett is not taking his place in the line up. However they have already won six of their away matches this season and will be looking to increase that on Friday.

The Oxford Silver Machine Academy have been in rampant form at home lately and have failed to score below fifty points since the beginning of August. They will be at full strength and are a formidable force around Sandy Lane.

Tonight, Thursday, Travis McGowan will be the guest of honour at The Priory Public house, nest to the Kassam Stadium in Oxford. The Priory is under new management and the event sees the relaunch of the establishment. There is live music, a buffet and a charity raffle for the Liam Brown Children's Ward.
